You can solve this issue by following these instructions:
1 - Delete Sally Park.
2 - Shut down your iPhone and turn it on again.
3 - Go to the App Store and download Sally Park (for free).
4 - Shut down your iPhone and turn it on again.
5 - Open up Sally Park on your iPhone.
Now, Sally Park should work properly.
